Change can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone.

Professional support to help you cope is available. Reach out today to hear how I can support you in your journey.

Have you have been wanting to start therapy for a while and found the process intimidating? I recognize that this is a big decision, and many people may feel a little nervous about starting.  I can help you start by giving you a safe space to explore your concerns without judgment and offer you a supportive presence that promotes self-discovery & acceptance. I want to empower you to recognize self-defeating thoughts and the impact these have on how you see, feel, and act towards yourself.

The people I work with identify as women and young adults of varied backgrounds who are experiencing life transitions and are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, and not really enjoying life. Many of my clients are struggling with "adulting" and trying to figure out how to best navigate their circumstances. I help each person using evidenced-based approaches that are mindful of their needs to get the best outcome and incorporating their strengths and abilities into their healing/recovery.

If this sounds like a space that you feel as though you can learn and grow in, I invite you to reach out to me to schedule your free consultation!
