Billing Information:

• All insurances are billed through Headway, except for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield in Florida, your insurance will be directly handled by the practice.

• Self-Pay Rate: $120 per session. Open Path clients are welcome.
