Telehealth therapy is provided on secure platform for clients seeking services in the states of Florida & Massachusetts.

Individual therapy is provided in-person on Thursdays and Fridays.

Florida insurances accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida/ Florida Blue

Massachusetts insurances accepted: Aetna and Cigna

Self-pay rate is $120 per session. Open path clients are welcome.

Anxiety

Support for addressing anxiety symptoms, including education, talk therapy, and relaxation training.

Depression

Help for learning healthy coping skills and support with addressing depression symptoms and related concerns.

Life Adjustments

Help working through thoughts and feelings that may not be helpful to acclimating to new life changes.

Young Adult Issues

Support with navigating common concerns of emerging adulthood (identity, relationships, stress, decision making)
